Home Inspection Basics
What Happens With The Inspection
About Your Inspector
- 01A full home inspection covers all major systems from foundation to roof, including structural elements, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, windows, doors, and insulation. I follow InterNACHI Standards of Practice and provide a detailed digital report with photos.
- 02Most inspections take 2-4 hours depending on the size and age of the home. Larger properties or homes with additional features like pools or detached structures may take longer.
- 03Inspection pricing depends on the size, age, and type of property as well as the services requested. I provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Contact me for a quote.
- 04You are not required to attend the home inspection. We have your best interests at heart. The inspector needs to focus on the inspection process to give you the best information possible. Your full report will be ready within 24 hours and will include pictures and easy-to-understand written information. A virtual visit is a great option that many customers like. Simply call us or video call us at 864-617-8126 two hours after the start time of the home inspection for a brief recap of the inspection. Please do not use our appointment time to see the home, take measurements, or show it to your family. Please contact your Realtor, and they can schedule a showing and meet you at the home.
- 05Your detailed inspection report will be delivered digitally within 24 hours of the inspection. The report includes photos, descriptions, and recommendations for every finding.
- 06Review the report carefully and prioritize any safety concerns or major defects. I am happy to walk you through the findings and answer any questions. Your report can also be used to negotiate repairs or credits with the seller.
- 07Scheduling is easy. Visit my Schedule Now page, fill out the contact form, or call me directly. I offer flexible scheduling to fit your timeline.
